Designing for retention & customization.
In an effort to capture all data points, clients will utilize pre-coded CSVs to upload property information outside of basic information. According to research, 92% of client drop off results from overwhelming data entry processes. The CSV aims to eliminate drop off levels and reduce human error.
A/B TESTING
The wizard stepper.
Guerilla testing for low fidelity mockups of the wizard stepper. We needed to collect as much feedback as possible on displaying user progress when going through the onboarding flow.

The left sidebar tested well with users. It gave clarity to what steps were completed and the progress that was made.
